Privacy policy

TODO: privacy policy text, pending a lawyer's review. It must cover:

  • The legal entity acting as data fiduciary, with address and a contact for privacy requests.
  • What the contact form collects, why, and the lawful basis (consent under the DPDP Act 2023).
  • That form submissions are sent to the sales team's Slack workspace and, as a fallback, to email. Slack named as a processor.
  • How long leads are kept and how to ask for deletion.
  • Analytics and cookies used on the site.
  • A separate note that product telemetry is covered by the customer agreement, not this website policy.
